RETURN POLICY.

At Lovano, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.
  • Returning products that have been intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via email at info@lovano.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
  3. You will send the item back at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refund

After receiving the item at the return address and upon approval of the product's condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
